🇯🇵 林道大仏線を自転車で (紅葉シーズン) 福井県永平寺町 2025 [4K]

The route begins in the vicinity of Eihei-ji Temple, the head temple of the Sōtō Zen Sect, passes through the Usaka Tunnel, and then joins the Rindō Dai-butsusen (Dai-butsu Forest Road). Although the Dai-butsu Forest Road is a long mountain route spanning approximately 27.3 km, this video covers a segment of it. The filmed section follows the ridge along mountains such as Mount Daibutsuyama, concluding just before the descent to the Yoshimine hamlet (in former Kami-Shihi Village). (The cyclist descended toward the Miyama area after filming.) Along the way, the road offers views of the Okuetsu mountain range and panoramic overlooks of the Fukui Plain.
