Make a 2 meter cubed pile of manure, make sure it is wet 2. turn it in every 4 days, or every 2 weeks or somewhere between. For the fastest compost, turn after the 4th day and then every 2 days and it will be ready in 18 days. 3. make sure it is always wet 4. when you turn, try to get the outside of the pile to move into the inside of the new pile. only the middle composts.
