You probably didn't cheat, because most cheaters try to imitate the No Bottlecaps gravitas and arbitrarily make everything 31. They've never heard of Hidden Power, and cannot fathom needing a couple 30s to check Salamence. Two. You haven't yet learned the joys of RNG manipulating competitive stats yourself.
