Monotonous rhythms or dancing movements syncrinize or harmonize the otherwise in our consciousness prevailing superposition and disorganization of several thinking fragments and spontanous associations. In this way consciousness calms down to a white screen, on which the unconcious and intuitive experienced contents, which otherwise would be interupted and repressed from the chaotic thinking stream. Dancing and monotonous rythm (like hadra and dhikr f.e.) are the oldest and most effectives tools, for reaching clarity and purity of conciousness.
