Day 1 in New Zealand 🇳🇿 | Family, Surprises & Mangere Adventures I headed back to New Zealand with my family for two weeks — and this is Day One of the journey! We started the day at a local bakery in Mangere 🥐 before heading over to the Mangere Shopping Centre. While I was there, I randomly ran into one of the boys’ mums that I grew up with — and then, out of nowhere, my brother popped up! Totally unplanned and I hadn’t seen him in ages, so that was a huge surprise. From there, we stopped at 275 Barbers for a fresh haircut 💈, then visited the Auckland Museum and an historical village to take in some history and culture. To wrap up the day, we went to our local Mangere Bridge Fried Chicken Takeaways 🍗 — famous for their chicken! Big shoutout to the staff there for looking after us and not letting us pay. Extremely grateful 🙏. We took our food down to the water and enjoyed it with a beautiful ocean view at Mangere Bridge 🌊.
