Medical Massage Treatment (Muscle & Spinal Assessment, Myofascial Release) ✨ ASMR Soft Spoken RP

Myofasical release, petrissage, stretching, mobilization, & effleurage: we're using them all over your trapezius, pectoralis major & minor, sternocleidomastoid, and the levator scapula. Plus a smidge on the deltoid, bicep, tricep, et cetera region with some traction and rotation techniques. This medical massage is addressing your neck pain & stiffness, working to increase non-painful range of movement, reduce muscle tension, and correct muscle dysfunction. In a normal medical massage or physical therapy setting, almost all of this is done from behind. That doesn't quite work for ASMR, so it's not realistic looking by any means, it's just for relaxation. The movie magic does get broken during the first camera moving part; it was the first time I used that technique in the new space (my ancient basement) and I can't see the monitor, so I wasn't sure what would be visible. Thought about cutting it, decided to keep it because it's just slivers of my basement.
