The Craziest Cave Escapes Ever

I'm you Diva and in today's video, we look into what earth does not negotiate. These people did. Four cave rescues. Four different eras. The difference between the ones who got out and the ones who didn't is not luck. It is geometry. It is whether the anchor holds. It is whether the shaft arrives in time. Level 3 involves a man trapped upside down in a ten-by-eighteen-inch fissure in Utah, 137 rescuers, a fifteen-pulley system drilled into the cave walls in total darkness, and an anchor that failed on the fourth pull. He is still inside. The cave was sealed with concrete. There is a plaque at the entrance. Level 4: 33 miners. 700 metres underground. 69 days. 17 days with no contact with the surface. Then a drill bit arrived in the ceiling of their shelter. They attached a note in red ink before it was pulled back up. Seven words: we are well in the shelter.
