SPU4826 - Comunicação com Stakeholders

The video presents the conclusion of Unit 1, relating project structuring to the stakeholder communication process. Initially, it demonstrates that the same project can have different visualization structures, according to the needs of each stakeholder. The main product-based structure serves the client, allowing them to track deliverables and work packages, while the operational risk-based structure serves the teams responsible for security and risk management. Next, the Spider Project's Upload to Web feature is presented. Through a pre-configured connector, the plan can be published directly to a server, without the need to generate PDF files, install additional applications, or provide software licenses to external users. The published content depends on the structure, layout, fields, and permissions defined by the planner. In this way, clients and technical teams receive only the information relevant to their responsibilities. Access control is performed using individualized usernames and passwords. The video also demonstrates bidirectional communication: stakeholders access the project via the internet, register comments and evaluations, and this information is subsequently imported into Spider Project. Thus, the system integrates planning, publication, security, selective viewing, and feedback, establishing a controlled, traceable, and virtually synchronized communication process between the planning team and stakeholders. 00:00 – Project and stakeholder communication 01:35 – Security, users, and work structures 02:58 – Client view and product structure 03:37 – Risk structure and responsibilities 06:38 – Spider Project communication with stakeholders 07:45 – Web publication and connector configuration 13:04 – Access, permissions, and separate environments 17:28 – Comments, feedback, and synchronization with Spider Project 22:33 – Conclusion: secure and bidirectional communication
