Star Wars: Battlefront II Cut Content - Early Jedi Temple, Order 66 TDM game mode
Footage from the May 21, 2005 alpha build of BF2 using PCSX2. I could have recorded from a real PS2, but PCSX2 emulates the game faithfully, so for viewing pleasure it was the better option for now. This build is seemingly mostly focused on the outlines of missions, meaning lots of early versions of campaign missions, experimental game mode scenarios with little polish, and earlier iterations of maps. The Jedi Temple in this build is based on the Ep2 temple, however it is not, in fact, the oldest version of the map we know of. The meditation chamber, for instance, has already been cut, and the security rooms from Ep3 have been added in. The AI will still try to path through the wall to where the meditation chamber once was! The sound reverb inside the temple is also quite obnoxious, though I cannot recall off the top of my head if this was a thing in the final PS2 build as well.
