Friday night football for us, as myself & Stocky made the very short trip to watch a very young Gillingham team take on our home town club. The hosts started the better & bossed the early stages, but once we settled it became a very even contest, and we took the lead through a very smart finish. The advantage was to last only a minute or so though as the home team immediately levelled right on half time, and despite plenty of endeavour the second period passed without much in the way of clear cut chances.
