Building the Terminator Ep.5 Jaw. Working T-800 endoskeleton.
Part 5 -constructing the Jaw from mainly flat sheet metal. This was actually very complicated to do but turned out quite well in the end. The result is not 100% screen accurate, but I'm not overly concerned. I missed out some small details and the general shape might be slightly off, but it's pretty close and looks the part. As I get further down the line with this build I might have to make some more significant deviations from the screen models anyway, as it all needs to work, eg. all the joints will have to move under their own power. In this series of videos I'm covering the building from scratch of a full size working Terminator T-800 robot (endoskeleton).
