It was a popular spot for locals to gather and listen to blue’s music and have a good time. Phyllis spent what we now know as her last night out on the town. Everyone saw her there, but what happened when she left is unfound. Phyllis was deaf and mute, making her an easy target to whatever evil that lurked into the hot summer night on June 19. There was an unconfirmed sighting of Phyllis on that same night by a relative. Just a few days later, another unconfirmed sighting of Phyllis was by an official at a government building, but then that statement was oddly retracted.
