PT Sanjaya Thanry Bahtera held its second job interview for Turkey in September 2025. While the first event took place in Klungkung, Bali, the second was held in Cilacap Regency. Held at the Atrium Premiere Hotel Cilacap, the Job for Turkey interview was attended by hundreds of candidates from various regions. Before the interview, many participants were asked to prepare themselves as best as possible, including their appearance for the interview with the Turkish user. While they had time before the interview, they busied themselves with tidying up their appearance, from their hair to their attire. After completing all of that, they memorized English answers to potential questions from the Turkish interviewer. Despite mixed feelings, both ready and unprepared, they persevered, hoping to welcome the bright days in Türkiye they had longed for. According to Erri Indriyani, Director of PT Sanjaya Thanry Bahtera, nearly 150 candidates applied for jobs in the housekeeping, waiter, spa therapist, waitstaff, and public area departments. Erri explained that the offline interviews benefited the candidates, as they not only provided a closer relationship with the users but also provided an opportunity to hone their English communication skills with foreigners. She added that before the candidates underwent interviews with the users, each branch of PT Sanjaya Thanry Bahtera had prepared the candidates for the interview, specifically assessing their English communication skills and, of course, their ability to work in their desired field.
