Governor’s Innovation Fellows Highlight New Approaches to Streamlining State Government
At the Forum on Emerging Technologies on December 4, 2025, the inaugural Governor’s Innovation Fellows discussed efforts to modernize California government processes through human-centered design, discovery, and iterative prototyping. Panelists highlighted projects focused on improving CEQA, streamlining permitting, and cleaning up outdated regulations to make government services more efficient and responsive.
