Dr. Daisuke Mizu (43) heads the Emergency and Critical Care Center at Osaka Red Cross Hospital, the core of medical care in the metropolis of Osaka. The hospital has been ranked number one in the nation for nine consecutive years by the national government. After 18 years at Kobe City Medical Center General Hospital, he transferred to this hospital as director last July.
