OVERTAKE Breakdown: 2027 Subaru STI Patent APPROVED! What does it mean?

Back when Subaru originally teased us with the STI Performance-B Concept, there was about 50/50 chance that it would eventually get put into production. NOW that seems all but guaranteed as Subaru recently both filed and got a patent APPROVED for what appears to be almost exactly the same vehicle we saw at the last Japan Mobility Show. In our opinion, this is the very first definitive proof that we are in fact getting an STI successor. What do you think?
