We're kicking off this episode before the sun even rises because our mission is to hunt for fresh, top-quality seafood at the Jarin Fish Market in Sriracha, Chonburi! I can tell you, the seafood here is fresher than what you'd find in the market. But, friends, you'll need to keep an eye on the weather. If it's monsoon season, the fishermen might not be able to go out to sea. Luckily, the weather is on our side today, and we've been able to select fresh seafood even before the rooster crows! Whether it's bouncy shrimp, huge crabs, or various types of squid, we've got it all. With ingredients this fresh, the special dinner we have planned is sure to be a spectacular feast!
