Ultimate Christmas Fudge - Candy Cane Fudge - You Will Be Making This All Christmas Long

What is Christmas without candy canes? So it makes sense fudge needs candy canes too. I modified the 15 minute fudge recipe by replacing the 1 teaspoon vanilla with 1 teaspoon peppermint extract. That alone makes this awesome fudge, but to make this fudge super christmasy, I crush candy canes and press them onto of the fudge. So this Christmas, make candy cane fudge. Just make it. Enjoy, Michael P.S. Don't forget to hit like and subscribe. Butter and line a 8x8 pan. In a medium bowl pour in 18oz chocolate. Toss in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. Add in 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk. Place over bowling water and allow to melt. While the chocolate is melting crush 3 medium peppermint candy canes in a plastic baggie with a meat mallet. Before the chocolate is completely melted remove from the heat and stir vigorously. Add in 1 teaspoon peppermint extract. When completely mixed in, pour into the lined pan and top with crushed candy canes. Chill for 2 hours and cut into 1 inch squares.
