SNAP TIES AND LOOP TIES MACHINE – Manufactured by REIVAX MAQUINAS - www.reivaxmaquinas.com MACHINE FOR MANUFACTURING SNAP TIES AND LOOP TIES PARTS FOR CONSTRUCTION. • This machine works from wire coils (this machine doesn't work with wire previously cut). • The same machine can straighten and cut the rods to the desired size. • The snap ties machine can make the changeover of all the models in a very short time (15 minutes approximately). • This machine can insert washers and cones in the wire to both sides. • Production: 900 / 1200 parts/per hour (approximately) depending on the models to be manufactured (Snap Ties or Loop Ties models). • The snap ties machine has a robust and compact structure and it is a productive machine and with a low-maintenance. • The machine is very easy to handle by the operator. • The machine ref.: “Snap Ties & Loop Ties” complies with the European regulations approved and required by the CE: Machines 2006/42 / CE.
