This is my Fuyu Persimmon it produces sweet fruit and it's taller than my house.

I planted this persimmon when I was 46 so it's 20 years old, it's been giving me fruit for about 15 years now. At harvest time I fill up my wooden bowls and put them in every room so basically persimmons everywhere. For some reason this makes me very happy. My favorite way to use the Fuyu's are in a salad with butter lettuce or mache (corn salad) and I add some goat cheese and maybe a raspberry vinagrette.
