Horsebox struggling up hills? Ours was… until now. What started as “just a service” quickly turned into something much bigger. Ali’s horsebox had almost no power climbing hills, struggled under load and simply didn’t feel right. After investigating we found: ✅ A badly damaged intake system ✅ An EGR valve packed with carbon sludge ✅ A filthy air filter …and one accidental attempt to weld my socket to the starter motor. 😅 In this episode we replace the EGR valve, restore the intake system, service the engine and take Mo for a proper road test. The result? Ali’s verdict: “It’s running better than when I bought it.” Exactly the outcome we were hoping for.
