They are located adjacent to the Casino di San Pellegrino, in the center of the Brembana Valley. They can be reached from the A4 motorway, exiting at Dalmine and then following the signs for San Pellegrino Terme; it takes about 30 minutes. It's best to book your entrance, which includes access to the entire wellness program, a bathrobe, a towel, and a pair of slippers. QC Terme San Pellegrino offers over 6,000 square meters of wellness in an elegant structure featuring frescoes, colonnades, and early 20th-century ceilings, combined with modern, designer renovations. The interior is structured on three floors, while the small outdoor gardens feature loungers and pools. Once inside, we immediately pass through the spacious changing rooms where we find a locker, showers, and bathrooms. We change and begin our tour of the spa. QC Terme San Pellegrino offers thermal waters rich in sulfate, bicarbonate, calcium, and magnesium from the Vita spring that feeds QC Terme San Pellegrino. There are over 30 different activities available, including panoramic pools, whirlpools, hydrojets, sensory pools, waterfalls, Kneipp paths, Vichy showers, biosaunas, steam baths, relaxation rooms, and a natural solarium. The numerous pools, with water heated to 36 degrees Celsius, help awaken the body by stimulating circulation, leaving the body feeling light and toned. In the outdoor spaces, the sensory gardens allow you to enjoy a break in the open air. Soft canopy beds and comfortable armchairs will welcome your thoughts, offering a feeling of profound relaxation. In one area, you can try QC Terme creams... which, of course, can also be purchased at the entrance. Regarding food, we found areas around the facility where you can drink water and herbal teas, an area with sweets, and little else. When we were there, there was a paid buffet for lunch, but over time, this has been replaced by the Wellness Lunches that are now a feature of all QC Terme centers. These two- or three-course wellness meals offer a variety of options, all at a price that's not exactly cheap. From 5:00 p.m., an aperiterme is included in the ticket price, which must be booked upon entry. Of the various QC Terme facilities we've visited, those in San Pellegrino offer the majority of these experiences, making them excellent even in winter.
