A TEMPLE THAT IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS OLD There is an old church on the outskirts of Derbisek village, 50 km from the border with Tashkent. It would seem, but what is it about it? It was not possible to complete the construction, the October Revolution made its own adjustments. Then the Bolsheviks came to power, who did not recognize religion and the temple never began to function. They even wanted to level the temple with the ground and tried to destroy the walls with a tractor. But it didn't work out. The walls were so strong that they withstood and did not succumb to destruction. But the dome and bell tower began to collapse. Crosses and kupala are askew and with a strong wind, the sounds of creaking metal chains can be heard all over the neighborhood. It is definitely worth looking at this really powerful and strong structure. The building itself is very beautiful, and next to the temple there is a beautiful field on which the local population sows cattle.
