Watch this video until the end to find out what you need to do with the dough to guarantee 100% success on your first try! 🍞 Ingredients: Oat flakes – 200 g (grind into flour) Cottage cheese – 250 g Eggs – 2 (separate the egg yolks from the whites) Hard cheese – 50 g (grated) Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp Baking powder – 1 tsp Salt & Spices – to taste Flax seeds and a spice mixture – for sprinkling 👩🍳 Step-by-step Preparation: Base preparation: Grind 200 g of oat flakes into fine oat flour. Carefully separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mixing wet ingredients: In a deep bowl, combine 250 g of cottage cheese, eggs (the whites and one yolk), 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, and salt and spices to taste. Mix well. Kneading the dough: Gradually add the homemade oat flour and 1 tsp of baking powder, mixing thoroughly. Add 50 g of grated hard cheese so that it is evenly distributed throughout the dough.
