Open the instructions. 1. Train your speech to use the past tense fluently. Watch the video and repeat each sentence out loud. If it's too difficult, set the playback speed to 0.80. If it's too easy, set the playback speed to 1.20. 2. Practice listening. Play the video from the beginning again, but this time don't look at the screen. Listen and repeat. 3. Choose 3-4 phrases that you find simple and most relevant. Memorize them. Try to repeat them whenever the appropriate situation arises. 4. Once the learned phrases become easy and you can pronounce them without hesitation, add 1-2 new phrases.
