First and foremost, this exam is not easy and definitely no walk in the park. It takes time, effort and dedicated studying to be fully prepared for this exam to become a legal, licensed real estate agent. In this video, I talk about all the things I wish I knew BEFORE taking this exam the first time around (and yes I did fail my first time taking it). But even though I failed the first time, it was a huge learning experience. By taking it the second time around, I was 200% more prepared and knew what I was getting myself into...because trust me, the exam isn't exactly word for word with the pre-licensing course and what you practice on there.
