I Am Building // Rhema Word // Apostle Dr Josh

I AM BUILDING “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this temple; his hands shall also finish it…” — Zechariah 4:9-10 Introduction The difference between success and failure is often one word. People without a word cannot achieve anything. A word from God gives direction, purpose, and endurance. The word for today is: You are a builder. Build your life, build your career, build your business, build your family, and build your faith. Never become discouraged while you are building. The results may not be visible yet because you are still laying the foundation. The deeper the foundation, the higher the structure can rise. Foundations take time. 1. Builders Work in Silence Scripture: 1 Kings 6:7 “No hammer, chisel or any iron tool was heard at the temple site while it was being built.” The Temple of Solomon was built in silence. Silence does not mean God is absent. No hammer was heard, no equipment was heard, and no noise was made—yet one of the most magnificent structures in history was completed. Many people God used mightily in the Bible went through seasons of silence. Sometimes you do not hear from God because there is too much noise around you. A builder does not respond with words; a builder responds with results. 2. Builders Build Without Evidence Scripture: Hebrews 11:7 “By faith Noah… built an ark.” When Noah was building the ark, there was no evidence that rain was coming. Faith builds before evidence appears. You may not come from a family of millionaires, yet you believe God will make you one. You may not see opportunities around you, yet you continue building. Noah built for approximately 100 years before seeing the promise fulfilled. There was no evidence, but there was a word. The Apostle Paul did not look like he would become the greatest apostle, yet God used him mightily. God does not work with what looks possible; He works through faith. Even in difficult economic conditions and high unemployment, believers continue applying, trusting, and building because they build on God’s Word, not on visible evidence. 3. Builders Understand That Foundation Comes Before the Roof Scripture: 1 Samuel 16:12-13 Many roofs collapse because the foundation was never strong enough. Before David received the crown, he received the anointing. David was anointed around the age of 15 and crowned king at 30. There was a process of approximately 15 years between the anointing and the crown. During that process David faced the lion, the bear, Goliath, Saul’s jealousy, rejection, and betrayal. God was building him. The process prepared David for future battles. Because David learned to deal with Saul’s jealousy, he later knew how to deal with Absalom’s rebellion. Builders respect the process. Do not rush to the roof when God is still strengthening the foundation. 4. Builders Do Not Destroy What They Refuse to Build Scripture: 2 Samuel 15:2-4 Absalom wanted a throne he did not build. He desired the results without respecting the process. Many people want success without sacrifice, influence without character, and position without preparation. True builders understand that lasting success is built, not inherited. Conclusion Keep building. Even when there is no evidence, even when nobody notices, even when progress seems slow, and even when the process is painful. God is still working. The deeper the foundation, the higher the structure. What God starts, He will finish. You are a builder. Keep building. #ApostleJosh #Builders #Silence
