I'm so excited for you to see this project that I've been working on!! My first documentary - created with my partner in crime Yas (IG: ymnnx) OPEN DESCRIPTION Y'all know how much I love my country (and continent) and it saddens me so much that western media continues to promote negative stories about this beautiful part of the world. I wanted to answer the question - if Africa (with special focus on Sierra Leone) is so bad then why are so many people choosing to move there? With the Office for National Statistics documenting that only a very small handful of people are moving over every year, many people would believe the general negative narrative. However, so many of my friends and family are choosing to make the move. My hope is that when young people with dual nationality get to the stage In their life when they are considering WHAT it is that the want to do career wise - WHERE they want to do it is also part of their considerations.
