Walk 227 | What's Your WHY? Mine Is Getting Healthy ❤️

*Walk 227* 🌦️🚶‍♀️ Today the weather threatened rain, but I decided to go anyway. Thankfully, it was only a few sprinkles. I only made it to the corner today because my body is letting me know it's time to slow down. My legs, knee, and back are pretty sore after all the walking and Infinity Hoop workouts. I've decided to take the weekend off from exercising so I can heal and come back stronger next week. Rest is just as important as movement. During Poopie's walk over the last couple of days, he asked himself, *"What is my purpose?"* His answer was simple: *to lose some weight.* That made me ask myself the same question. *What is my purpose?* For me, it isn't just about losing weight. *My purpose is to get healthy.* As I continue this journey, I never want to forget all the reasons—the "whys"—that keep me moving forward. Better health... more freedom... more adventures... more life. Sometimes progress isn't measured by miles walked. Sometimes it's measured by knowing when to rest, heal, and keep your purpose in sight.
