(Cleansing, grooming) I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year.
