Filmed in early January, this day felt especially meaningful to me. Snow has always lived in my childhood memories near the foothills of Iran’s mountains. But here in the Netherlands, it’s rare. So being able to see it fall — and actually touch it — felt like reconnecting with a part of my past. Line a muffin tray with paper liners. In a bowl, mix milk powder and baking powder. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the muffin liners.
