Furthermore, He ensures that our prayers are not just a one-time thing, but become part of our daily lives. He sets a guard over our mouths, ensuring that we speak appropriate words. After we pray, He transforms our hearts, our actions, and even those we associate with. After we pray, He transforms our perspective on life, so that it becomes a lifelong experience. He allows us to view even hardship and disaster as lessons learned from the Lord. So, throughout our lives, we pray and rejoice. This is the essence of prayer.
