How To Cook Kalamay | Bohol's Best Kalamay Recipe | Super Marie

Kalamay also spelled Calamay or Matamis sa bao, is a native delicacy that is popular in Bohol and in many regions in the Philippines. It is a mixture of coconut milk, brown sugar, and glutinous rice flour. The longer you cook, the better. Peanuts, margarine, peanut butter, ube or vanilla can be added to the mixture for added flavors. Kalamay Ingredients: 80-100 g glutinous rice flour 200 g or 1 cup brown sugar (muscovado is better) 1 can or 1 ¹/² cup coconut milk 125 ml or ¹/² cup water For the procedures, please watch the video.
