So, to make the cake, I made a Milo cheesecake without an oven. Recipe: 1 sachet Milo 3-in-1 1 1/2 tablespoons hot water (for brewing the Milo) 2 grams powdered gelatin (look for halal-certified ones) 1 tablespoon plain water (for the gelatin) 100 grams cream cheese 100 ml whipping cream 20 grams sugar • For those of you who don't want to use gelatin, you can still make this recipe without it.
