The procedure in this video describes the process to precisely level the print bed on a Desktop series Markforged printer using shims and the bed level utility. This procedure requires the use of two shims that were provided with the printer, if these shims are missing replacement shims can be requested from your reseller. In addition to leveling the bed itself, the relative height of the plastic and fiber nozzles must be set in this procedure. Additional procedures may be required to fully complete this step, including z-axis offset or a bed level test print.
