Hyderabadi Chicken 65 Recipe | Restaurant Style Crispy, Juicy & Spicy Chicken 65 | Easy Recipe⬇️

Ingredients: 500 grams boneless chicken 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup yougurt 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cumin seeds 3/4 bay leaves 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 egg 3 tbsp corn flour 1 tbsp Maida ( All-purpose flour) 1/2 tsp backing soda 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 to 3 tbsp chilli sauce 1/2 cup of water 5 to 6 green chillies Red food colour 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice 2 to 3 tsp soya sauce 1tsp coriander powder Coriander leaves for garnishing Recipe for Marination: Wash the chicken and cut into small cubes. Add yougurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper, lemon juice, and backing soda. Mix well and set aside for 30 to 40 mins. Then add corn flour, Maida(All purpose flour) and egg. Mix well. In a deep pan, deep fry the marinated chicken until golden brown. In a deep pot heat oil on medium heat.Add cumin, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, bay leaves, coriander powder, green chillies, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soya sauce and lemon juice. Keep stiring to ensure proper mixing and cooking. Add water, keep siring. Add red food colour, keep stiring. Cook this mixture for 5 to 10 mins to ensure that it thickens. Add the fried chicken to the spot and mix well. Cook for 5 to 6 mins on medium heat. Garnish with coriander leaves.Hyderabadi chicken is ready.
