TRIP REPORT | Legacy Airlines: It's Enough!! | RYANAIR & IBERIA | Warsaw to Madrid (via Vienna)

Ryanair & Iberia Trip Report flying from Warsaw-Modlin to Madrid, via Vienna airport, onboard one Boeing 737 and Airbus A319 on a very changing weather morning. A very interesting trip with Ryanair and Iberia, flying from Warsaw-Modlin to Vienna with Ryanair (operated by BUZZ) and then from Vienna to Madrid, operated by IBERIA. There was a direct flight from Warsaw to Madrid, but it was sold out 2 weeks in advance. After this flight, I can say that since the pandemic started, Ryanair offers much more onboard than Iberia (and the majority of the legacy airlines). Although there are no physical menus onboard, Ryanair still offers its onboard service, including hot meals. Meanwhile, Iberia offered on a 3 hours flight a glass of water (around 20ml). That was all! Incredible, isn’t it? Do you think legacy airlines are using the pandemic as an excuse to continue downgrading their service while they keep the same prices (if they don’t rise them)? In this video, I’m talking about Iberia, but it’s something that has happened in all legacy airlines: they found themselves operating without competence in many routes and they rose the prices to the sky, while the onboard service offered was 0.
