Exeter History Minute - Photographer Ben Swiezynski
Of the many items in the collection of the Exeter Historical Society, some of the most compelling “artifacts” are the photographs that bear witness to the town’s landscape and community over the last 150 years. In this episode, Barbara focuses on Ben Swiezynski, one of the most talented and prolific photographers of the town, who captured many aspects of 20th century Exeter for both contemporary appreciation and posterity, providing a vivid glimpse into our town at that moment in time. This Exeter History Minute is made possible by a grant from the Dan Brown Charitable Fund. Slideshow: Music: Bensound License code: YRWQLX5PUWXCLPMH We'd like to thank the Swiezynski family for allowing us to use the photographs in this episode.
