Henry Munez is Vice Chair of BMO U.S., where he helps oversee the bank's U.S. business across Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Personal & Business Banking, and Capital Markets. Over his 30+ year career, he has held senior leadership roles across commercial banking, specialty finance, middle market, healthcare, food & agribusiness, and asset-based lending. Prior to BMO, he began his career at LaSalle Bank, rising from credit analyst to leading its National Institutional Real Estate division. Henry holds a joint MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and York University's Schulich School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is also deeply involved in civic leadership, serving on the boards of several leading Chicago nonprofit organizations, including the Chicago Botanic Garden, The Executives' Club of Chicago, and the Western Golf Association.
