The National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology reported that lava gushed from an eruptive vent at an altitude of about 3,000 metres on 29 June. Drone footage from 27 June captured Etna's latest eruption. Mount Etna, located on Sicily’s east coast, is Europe’s largest volcano.
