Have You Not Heard The War Is Over (Live From the Abbey Theatre, Dublin)

Declan's voice and guitar are accompanied here by a string arrangement composed by the award winning Hannah Peel and performed by the Leinster String Quartet. This unique rendition of the song stands alone from the more stripped back, solo version that Declan originally performed on 'Arrivals' with just guitar and vocals. This version of Have You Not Heard The War Is Over appears on the forthcoming Deluxe US Edition of Arrivals, due for release on Schoolkids Records, the indie label based in North Carolina. The US Edition includes a bonus disc on both LP and CD versions, containing Black Barn studio outtakes from the original Paul Weller Produced album recording sessions, and some more tracks from the April 2021 live launch of the record at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin.
