Let’s slow things down a tad! In this all levels slow flow vinyasa class, we’ll spend a bit more time in each posture to focus on holding, strengthening, and correct alignment. As always, focus on the breath is important even if we’re not moving as quickly. This class would be perfect to wake up in the morning or stretch the body before going to bed.
