Kyoka Ogawa / hay-ball 【Ingredients】 ・Woodford Reserve 30ml ・A pinch of Timur Pepper ・Elderflower cordial 10ml ・Grapefruit juice 10ml ・Lemon juice 1tsp ・Cardamom bitters 4drops ・Soda as needed ・Basil (garnish) ・Hay (garnish) 【How to make】 1.Put Woodford Reserve and Timur Pepper in a shaker and maddle with a pestle to aromatize. 2.Add elderflower cordial, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and cardamom bitters and shake. 3.Double strain into a glass, pour soda and stir gently. 4.Garnish with basil in the glass and hay around it.
