But honestly, it's gonna be even less interesting now that the best method has been patched. So instead, I figure I should just post the new best methods themselves, but then I figure having a video for all methods would be even more helpful, so here they are! So yeah, this is the biggest video I've worked on so far. Do note that the video is quite long, so feel free to skip ahead to whichever section interests you. I only spliced the footages but didn't speed up any of them in order to demonstrate how long each method would take, but you can totally play the video at x2 speed if you want. ---------- [Best Money Methods] For context, there used to be a "cheap-buy" exploit, but it seems to have been patched, which is kinda a shame since we used to make an average of 20,000p ~ 56,000p per minute. Anyway, I want to cover some other good methods in this video, hopefully y'all would find this helpful. First one is still the Smoked Meat method. While you won't be able to cheaply buy a thousand Fish at once without down-patching your game, hunting rabbits remains a viable method. It's doable right at the start, and you can also get veggies during the process. Still need 10 SUR points before you can make Smoked Meat and Dry Meal, but after that you can make like 6,000p every half-day in 5 minutes, more with high WIS. Second method is about the Backstreet. A well-known trick is to sell your real ID and immediately buy a fake ID afterwards from the same Thug NPC for 8000p net profit. As for getting a loan, most people would avoid it due to the absurdly high interest, and the only way to reset debt without paying is to become a slave. Removing slavery status is usually quite annoying, but the "ghost inventory" glitch allows you to remove Slave Brand via Elise with minimal preparation. Each cycle makes you around 35,000p every 2 days in 4 minutes. Third method is about selling goblin babies. Our savior Elise pays super well for monster babies in general. The kidnapping process is just "go to any lair" and "stun without killing the babies", so the weapon "Idol of the Believer" is perfect for the job. Usually you would need to bring Milk to keep the babies fed (1 Milk per half-day), but again the "ghost inventory" glitch lets you carry the babies without having to feed them or being overencumbered yourself. Not counting the time for overworld traversal and food preperation, each raid should net you an average of 5 babies, so around 16,000p in 1.5 minutes. ---------- [About the "Ghost Storage" Glitch] 1. Open the inventory menu 2. Discard items (at most 5 of each item) 3. Save & Reload immediately, do NOT press the menu button 4. Repeat from Step 1 if needed From now on, next time you open and close the inventory menu, the supposedly discarded items should show up on the ground. Biggest benefit is that you can smuggle items when you aren't supposed to, like in the 2 aforementioned methods. Downside is that you won't be able to check inventory without having to save & reload each time. To make picking up items fast, I highly recommend setting up some sort of auto-clicker, or use Steam's built-in turbo feature when rebinding controllers. dev plz do not patch this glitch ---------- [Other Methods] You can buy 99 servings of Milk and instantly resell them. The profit is fixed at 4950p every 2 days in a minute, so not particularly amazing. Lona also needs to not be dirty, so either have to take a bath (at tavern, clinic, or the bar itself), or wear certain sexy clothes. But if you don't mind the hassle, it's a quick 2 big coins every so often. As for quests, Cecily's betrayal (+ prerequisites) nets you around 17.5 Gold Coins, more if you save the hostages in those quests. It's not repeatable in the usual sense, but if you don't mind taking advantage of the Rebirth mechanics, you can rush the questline to do it again in like half an hour. It's best done early on since each rebirth costs some amount of EXP. Any other methods either take too much effort, or yield too little profit, or both. Even the best one yields under 1 large coin per minute, so I wouldn't really bother.
