Fixing a Floppy Wah Pedal - Vox V848 Clyde McCoy wah disassemble & repair

The dreaded FLOPPY WAH. Let's see if we can repair the loose rocker and bring this droopy non-functioning Vox V848 Clyde McCoy wah back to life. This is my first time attempting this, so we're learning together. I'll disassemble and clean the wah first, then attempt to tighten the treadle strap to fix the loose rocker pedal and put it all back together.
