A WILD WALK, LOST PATHS AND COASTAL DISCOVERIES...EASINGTON TO SPURN POINT

I set off from Easington on the English Coastal Path, aiming for Spurn Point — but as often happens with coastal walking, the path disappeared beneath my feet and I ended up on the beach. Along the way, I passed the delicate breeding grounds of little terns and the haunting ruins of Fort Godwin, slowly being claimed by the relentless sea. Reaching Kilnsea, I tried to access Spurn Point but was turned back by a warden due to seasonal dog bans protecting the nesting birds. The weather flipped from cold and stormy to blazing sunshine — too hot for Scout and Herbie — so after clocking up six miles, we finally got back to the Duke. The next morning saw us making a pit stop in Brigg for a Revolution laundry stop at the Jet Garage, and a quick Aldi run for supplies before the Bretman ValleyVan YouTube subscribers meet-up. With washing done and cupboards stocked, it was time to scout out our next wild spot for a few days of vanlife downtime. #VanlifeUK #EasingtonWalk #Kilnsea #SpurnPoint #EastYorkshireCoast #CoastalErosion #LittleTerns #FortGodwin #VanlifeLaundry #AldiVanlife #VanlifeMeetup #LifeOnTheRoad #vanlifewithdogs ##revolutionlaundry SEO Keywords: Easington coastal walk, Kilnsea to Spurn Point, Fort Godwin erosion, little tern breeding grounds, East Yorkshire coast, Spurn Point dog restrictions, vanlife East Yorkshire, Revolution laundry Brigg, vanlife supplies
