Morris Mini Cooper S restoration - Headliner EP016

I was pretty hesitant about starting this job, but the quote of $600 AUD for the local automotive upholstery shop to do the install made me decide to try it myself. The headliner install took about 2 hours to glue in and tension. The headliner was installed and then left tensioned for about a week. I ended up removing it and ironing it as there were still hard fold lines which would not come out. I used a standard iron, dry mode, lowest heat setting. The contact adhesive is great, allows you to unstick sections and retention if needed. I used small bull dog clips to hold in place while the glue dries. Background Music Bensound.com
