Pooping Out On A Puppy

The plaintiff is a dog breeder and claims she entered into a deal with the defendant to use a dog she provided as a stud, and in turn she would receive her pick of the puppy litter. However, she claims the defendant is a liar and she never got her puppy. She is suing her for the money she is owed. The defendant is a groomer and shows dogs, and says they entered into an agreement for the plaintiff to get a puppy from her next litter, but unfortunately all of the puppies died.
