Why Indie Sculptors are the Future of the Hobby

In one of my previous videos, I mentioned my distaste for overly small and complicated details on 3D-printed miniatures and how simple sculpts are often much more fun to paint. Today, I want to introduce you to the Bellwoken: a new range of miniatures by indie sculptor Ben Baez full of character and whimsy. Lore-wise, these little guys are essentially souls, fused with musical instruments to create an army of wonderful brass soldiers, ticking, whistling and strumming along to the beat of their master. I'm also testing out some brand new metallic paints and shades from Monument Hobby's Pro Acryl range, so stick around for my thoughts on those.
