Installing and Testing Street Legal LED Headlights on a Ford Econoline Van

After swapping a better-looking grill and sealed headlight carrier into my 1996 Ford E-350 Club Wagon. I decided to install some DOT-approved LED Sealed Headlights. I also got some cool-looking corner lights since the original ones were leaking water. I do wattage tests on the original headlights and new LED headlights to show how much power can be saved by making the switch.
